Sharyn specialises in property matters.  Before joining Carter & Partners in 1989 she worked for Bell Gully Buddle Weir.

With over 20 years experience in the legal field Sharyn has a reputation for providing a fast and efficient service to clients.

She has experience in all aspects of property law but specialises in development projects, subdivisions, strata titles and cross leasing.

A key part of Sharyn’s practice is development work and Sharyn has provided legal services to several major developers in the sale of apartment complexes for many years.  The sale and purchase of businesses, including restaurant and hotels, is another area of Sharyn’s work.  In addition, she works with a large base of private clients undertaking residential property transactions and matters such as the creation of trusts.
