Nicholas Carter has been practising in general litigation since 1991. During that time he has developed expertise in construction, employment and insurance law.
Since 1995 he has provided employment law advice to large corporations and has appeared successfully for numerous individuals in the Employment Court and in the Employment Authority.
Nicholas has developed an expertise in construction law acting for builders, major developers and house owners. This includes acting in cases involving “leaky house syndrome”.
