Linda has 15 years experience in property law and has recently joined Carter & Partners’ commercial team.  Previously she worked for Keegan Alexander and Kensington Swan.

She has handled the legal work on a number of Auckland’s largest apartment developments including several for the Conrad property group of companies.  The apartment blocks ranged in size from 130 to 152 units and included a number of commercial retail units.  Linda can provide specialist advice on unit title subdivisions, liaise with the Council regarding consent requirements including easements and encumbrances, and assist with the due diligence process, property finance and settlement process for developer clients.

As part of her practice she undertakes residential and commercial transactions, leasing, land development and subdivisions, the sale and purchase of businesses and finance for borrowers.

Linda’s experience also includes mortgage recovery and enforcement work for banks and lenders.
