Linda has 15 years experience in property law and joined Carter & Partners’ commercial team in 2007.

She has been involved in a number of Auckland’s largest apartment developments.  She is available to provide specialist advice on unit title subdivisions, liaise with Council regarding consent requirements, assist with the due diligence process, property finance and settlement process for our clients.

As part of her practice she undertakes a wide range of transactional work which includes residential and commercial property, leasing, land development and subdivisions, the sale and purchase of businesses and finance for borrowers.

Linda’s property finance experience also includes acting for lenders and borrowers, mortgage recovery and enforcement work for banks and private lenders.  This work involves issuing default notices, mortgagee sales and various types of negotiations.
