As the firm’s specialist advocate Brent O’Callahan appears regularly in the High Court and Court of Appeal and has argued before the Supreme Court.  Brent has litigated some important and complex legal issues which have resulted in important changes or clarification of the Law.  Brent regularly assists clients to reach negotiated resolutions to their legal disputes.

Since joining the firm in 1995 Brent has conducted litigation spanning several jurisdictions.

Brent also provides specialist consultancy services concerning legal structures and associated risk analysis and strategic planning.

In providing these services Brent calls upon his range of skills including a degree in economics, interest in comparative law, extensive experience in consulting to the property valuation industry and his foreign language skills.
